The wiring of the sensor has always been one of the most consulted questions in the customer procurement process. Many customers do not know how to connect the sensor. In fact, the wiring of various sensors is basically the same. The pressure sensor generally has a two-wire system and a three-wire system. Four-wire system, and some five-wire system.
The two-wire system of the pressure sensor is relatively simple. The average customer knows how to wire. One line is connected to the positive pole of the power supply. The other line is the signal line connected to the negative pole of the power supply. This is the simplest. The three-wire system of the pressure sensor is in two. A line is added to the line system. This line is directly connected to the negative pole of the power supply, which is more troublesome than the two-wire system. The four-wire pressure sensor is definitely two power inputs, and the other two are signal outputs. Most of the four-wire system is voltage output instead of 4~20mA output. 4~20mA is called pressure transmitter, and most of them are made in two-wire system. Some of the signal output of the pressure sensor is not amplified. The full-scale output is only a few tens of millivolts, and some pressure sensors have an internal amplification circuit, and the full-scale output is 0~2V. As for how to connect to the display meter, it depends on how large the meter's range is. If there is a gear position that matches the output signal, it can be directly measured. Otherwise, a signal adjustment circuit should be added. The five-wire pressure sensor is not much different from the four-wire system, and there are fewer sensors on the market for five-wire systems.
